| *Deposits: A $250 booking deposit per week per cabin is required to hold reservations. The remaining deposit is due Jan. 1, 2008. A $100 deposit per cabin is required for less than weekly reservations. Deposits are due within 7 days of a reservation. Once your stay is complete and you are settling your bill, you have the choice of leaving your $250 booking deposit to hold the same cabin for the same week next year or allowing it to be open for others to reserve for the next year. Should you find in necessary to cancel your reservation, let us know immediately. |
| *Peak and Mid Season Nightly
Rates and Rules Peak and mid season nightly rates are available. Call for pricing. Peak and mid season nightly rates are a minimum of three nights and must fall between a Sat. to Sat. based week. Peak season nightly reservations can be taken one month prior to arrival date. |
| Additional persons are $125 per week or $30 a night. Occasional daytime guests are $10 a day and they must register. These rates do not inclued MN sales tax. |
| Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook your cabin with a new reservation at the regular rate for the entire stay you had reserved less a $50 service charge. You are responsible for the full payment for the period you have reserved whether you occupy the cabin or not. |
